Backed by over a decade of lifting experience, the owner brought a unique perspective to the gym industry having firsthand experience with the challenges and frustrations gym goers often face.

During the pandemic, the owner built a home gym and trained solo, which deepened the dream of creating a gym that would be welcoming, functional, and free from the issues he had experienced in other establishments.
