This website is operated by Zeng Fitness Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zeng Fitness Inc. Zeng Fitness Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Membership Pass Returns & Refunds
Zeng Fitness Inc. offers the following membership packages:
| 1 Month Pass w/ Annual Membership & Access Card | ₱4,400 |
| 3 Month Pass w/ Annual Membership & Access Card | ₱8,600 |
| 6 Month Pass w/ Annual Membership & Access Card | ₱14,000 |
| 12 Month Pass w/ Annual Membership & Access Card | ₱23,800 |
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, specifically if a. the digital access is defective/not activating, b. the wrong membership type was processed, or c. your physical Access Card is missing or damaged upon pick-up, you can request a resolution within 7 days of purchase.
Terms of Membership & Access Cards
Our guarantee does not cover damage to Access Cards caused by improper use, loss, or accidents. Membership passes are subject to the following terms:
- Access Cards: Replacement for defective cards is available within 7 days of issuance.
- Membership Usage: Once a membership pass has been activated or used to enter the facilities, it is considered non-refundable.
- Service Quality: We strive to ensure all equipment and facilities meet your expectations; however, temporary maintenance of specific machines does not entitle a member to a full refund.
Shipping & Processing Fees
For any physical items (such as Access Cards) that require delivery, we do not offer a refund for shipping or delivery charges. Within Metro Manila, if an exchange is required due to a defective card, the delivery of the replacement is free. For areas beyond Metro Manila, a shipping fee will apply based on the location.
Zeng Fitness Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking/processing fee for Access Cards returned in damaged condition or without original documentation, at our sole discretion.

Accessories & Other Items
All other accessory returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original packaging. Zeng Fitness Inc. is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of tracking. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
