Pick-Up & Activation Policy
Zeng Fitness Inc. currently operates on a Store Pick-Up model for all membership purchases. This ensures that your Access Card is properly configured and your Membership ID is issued correctly.
How do I claim my Membership Pass and ID?
Once you have completed your purchase online, you must visit our gym branch to receive your physical items. Simply present the Email Receipt of your order (either printed or on your smartphone) to our front desk staff.

What do I need to bring?
- A copy of your Order Confirmation/Receipt sent to your email.
- One (1) valid Government-issued ID for identity verification.
When can I pick up my order?
You may claim your membership and Access Card during our regular operating hours. Please allow 5-10 minutes for our staff to process your physical ID and activate your digital access upon arrival.
Our facility is open for pick-ups Mondays to Saturdays (excluding certain holidays). If you have questions regarding your order status, please contact our team immediately at wapsilog888@gmail.com or call 0916-888-88-84.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Since the Access Card and Annual Membership are tied to a specific individual, we highly encourage the account holder to be present for the initial activation. If you need to send a representative, they must provide an authorization letter, a copy of your ID, and the order receipt.
